Images from the Far North: Bald Eagles in the Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve

The Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve was amazing, with thousands of eagles everywhere, but it rained for five days so these photos don't do it justice in any way. This picture gives a glimpse of what it was like -- if you look closely there are another fifteen or so eagles in the trees across the river.
